Weight loss is all about putting out more calories than you take in everyday. Make sure you’re getting at least 45 minutes of vigorous exercise every day, and at least 30 of that should be hard cardio.
Nutrition is also very important when it comes to losing weight, so try to eat clean as much as you can and focus on protein and fiber intake rather just on total calories. Low-carb is always a good way to go.
And DRINK LOTS OF WATER. Otherwise your body has a tough time burning of calories and will hold onto water weight, making you bloated.

bleaching is just very damaging to the hair and this is a part of what happens when you choose to bleach it. (ultimately why I decided to go back to brown). I suggest using coconut oil or Moroccan oil on it too keep it hydrated and only wash it every couple days xx
